This would allow you to go on the online menu, as if the servers weren't taken down. My ideal mod would replace the multiplayer/escalation options on the start up menu, with new ones that function pretty much the same but offline.

Since the servers are now shut down, I was really disappointed since WFC and FOC are games that I've wanted to play since childhood, but never really got to, due to the limitations of being a kid.
